This class is for anyone looking to deepen their relationship with their body and improve the quality and experience of moving and being in the world. We will include a variety of sensory awareness and movement explorations to facilitate fluidity, flexibility, coordination, perception, and new opportunities, while reducing the hold of poor movement habits and chronic pain. Come learn about your body from your body!
Each week will have a different theme or focus on a certain region of the body. We will stimulate vitality and growth of mind and body through both subtle micro-movements and expansive, full-body explorations. These classes address aspects of the Rolfing® process that don't automatically improve through hands-on fascial input, but are also open to anyone with or without prior bodywork experience. Some anatomy, theory on movement and its role in our lives, and space for sharing/learning from the group will also be included atop the foundation of individual movement inquiry. Handouts may be provided to help you revisit territory covered in class.
Classes ongoing! Students are welcome to attend as a series OR as a drop-in class (pre-registration still required to ensure adequate space/props/handouts).

Four-class packages must be used within four months and eight-class packages must be used within eight months; classes unused after that time may be forfeited (or can be transferred to another person). Refunds are not guaranteed in most situations. Sharing packages with another individual on a continual basis is not permitted, but you may give one session to a friend. Participants under 18 welcome with parent consent.
